- Rates are based on single or double occupancy in a Casita, with inclusions as stated, for a minimum stay of three nights
- Rates and offer validity are subject to change without prior notice
- The offer is subject to availability
- The exclusive offer may be withdrawn at any time, subject to hotel occupancy levels
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 12% government tax
- Maximum room occupancy is two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 11 years and below), or three (3) adults
- Proof of residency or a copy of a Philippine passport is required at the time of booking and upon check-in
- The offer is not applicable to group bookings of five (5) rooms or more, rates may vary depending on resort occupancy
- The minibar is replenished once daily, non-alcoholic beverages exclude premium water
- Extension nights are offered on a bed-and-breakfast basis only
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, full prepayment is required 21 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations received within 21 days prior to arrival will incur a full-night room charge plus applicable taxes
