Enjoy a new early-summer dessert, featuring a freshly baked, airy cheese soufflé paired with a memorable fromage blanc parfait. 

Baked to order, the cheese soufflé offers a delicate lightness from its air-filled texture, layered with the deep richness of cheese and the refreshing aroma of yuzu from Mizuo. Fresh cream, berries, and Kamigamo honey complement, while the crisp churros served alongside create a beautiful contrast to the soufflé’s tender texture.  

The accompanying parfait, varied in texture and bright in acidity, is a refreshing combination of fromage blanc, grapes, Kamigamo honey and lemon.
