Designed to counteract the effects of physiological ageing, stress and muscular tension, Aman Rosa Alpina’s Signature treatments harness the powers of aromatherapy formulas by MEI, leaving the body and mind with a profound sense of renewal and relaxation.
Inspired by the raw beauty of the hotel’s surrounds, the revitalising Dolomites Body Ritual begins with a welcome ritual, followed by an energising body scrub and a regenerating and detoxifying massage designed to reduced stress, before concluding with a soothing cup of green tea.
Meanwhile, the Well-Ageing Facial has been designed to combat visible signs of ageing and skin laxity. It comprises a welcome ritual, dry brushing, a purifying cleanse and a powerful AD+ Intensive Treatment serum massage, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and stimulating cell renewal.
Dolomites Spa Journey
Personalised to meet individual needs, the four-and-a- half-hour Dolomites Spa Journey leaves the skin radiant, the mind sharp and the body revitalised. It combines a Private Training session, dry brushing peel a 90-minute massage and a well-ageing facial.
Move and maintain
Maintain fitness levels in the 210 square metre Fitness Centre, complete with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Here, personal trainers provide bespoke sessions, ensuring goals are met and maintained throughout your stay. The space also features a light-filled Yoga Studio, ideal for restorative practice morning or night.
