The Extreme Mountain Sports Retreat invites guests to challenge themselves on the Dolomites’ routes by mountain bike, as well as putting their legs to the test by skyrunning the trails, tackling challenging ascents and taking in staggering panoramas.
The Extreme Rock-Climbing Retreat pits seasoned climbers against some of the region’s renowned rock formations, including vertical limestone walls and dramatic rocky spires, supported by professional mountain guides.
Both retreats, available on request until October 2nd, start with daily morning yoga or stretching, followed by the day’s activity, which could include skyrunning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, traversing via ferrata or taking on a triathlon. The physically demanding day is fuelled by balanced nutrition care of Rosa Alpina’s quartet of restaurants, each offering seasonal and sustainable dining, whereas the spa team are on hand to assure relaxation and recovery in the evening, with revivifying deep-tissue massage treatments such as the Alpine Herbal Muscle Relief.
