Nama at Amanzoe

With panoramic views across the Aegean Sea from its hilltop setting in Porto Heli, Greece, Aman’s signature Japanese restaurant at Amanzoe serves authentic traditional Washoku cuisine, recognised as a Cultural Heritage by Unesco. Open for dinner, with exceptional sushi and sashimi at the heart of its menu, Nama at Amanzoe also offers a range of premium sake and an extensive wine selection.

The art of washoku

Served in a spacious and light-filled dining space with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and panoramic ocean views, Nama offers simple yet sophisticated dishes, true to the age-old preparation techniques of the Japanese kitchen.

Artfully presented with precision and care, every Nama dish at Amanzoe is imbued with a strong sense of its locale with vibrant, organic produce sourced from the region’s farmers, fishermen and boutique suppliers of seasonal delicacies. From local herbs to the freshest seafood, Nama’s chefs have their pick of the finest ingredients that Greece has to offer, while premium Wagyu beef and sake ensure an authentic experience true to washoku heritage.

Nama Lounge

Dishes from the Nama restaurant menu are also served in the laidback setting of Amanzoe’s main pool terrace with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The perfect accompaniment to cocktails at dusk, relax and indulge in a selection of sushi and small plates served as the sun sets without leaving your seat.

Nama at Amanzoe is open to both Aman guests and non-residents from 19:00 – 23:00 from 12 April – 30 October 2024.
