Savour a special eight-course dinner inspired by Kyoto’s seasonal bounty and rare ingredients from Japan’s northern lands. Begin with sweet Kyoto turnips prepared in various styles, paired with blue crab and yuzu, followed by rich yet refined dishes with venison and scallops from the same terroir.
The main course includes sautéed cod and lobster with thyme, citrus, and a savoury shellfish sauce, followed by Japanese Black Wagyu tenderloin infused with Kitayama cedar, served with burrata and truffle sauce.
The dining experience draws to a close with a festive Bûche de Noël blending organic Uji matcha and strawberries—a perfect harmony of winter flavours from Kyoto.
