Winter in Italy is a season of warmth and generosity where rich flavours and cherished traditions come to the table. At Arva, Chef Edoardo Traverso brings this spirit to life with beloved dishes including Battuto di Gamberi e Caviale (prawn ceviche with caviar), Bottoni al Tratufo Bianco (ravioli with white truffle) and Cappone ai Porcini (chicken with porcini mushrooms), each crafted with celebration in mind. Desserts include traditional Spumone alla Vaniglia and classic Panettone, offering a timeless nod to the season.
