餐厅供应早、中、晚三餐,露台居高临下,与棕榈环伺的旖旎海湾遥相对望。内部空间敞阔充裕,可由精裁细剪的花园悠然步入,步出室外,便是海天一色的露天露台。菜单菜品丰富多样,主打以新鲜海产烹制的地中海与亚洲经典美食及斯里兰卡特色佳肴。
侧敞式海滩俱乐部坐落于酒店海滩西端的椰林庇荫处,可谓脚踏细沙、赏味品馔的理想胜地。海滩俱乐部供应休闲午餐、浪漫私人晚餐与海滩烧烤,特色菜品包括亚洲沙拉、地中海经典美食、本土风味海鲜烧烤、自制美味冰淇淋等。
非正式餐饮场所休闲餐吧舒朗通透,于上午10点至晚上11点供应午餐、下午茶、晚餐及各类饮品,这里与餐厅配享同一露台,亦俯瞰着同样令人惊艳的泳池、海滩及印度洋全景。休闲餐吧为两侧敞开式结构,中央为吧台区,为品酌落日晚饮以及品享餐后佳饮与雪茄营造出欢畅自在的空间。
宾客在私密的套房内以及酒店内外的诸多餐饮场所,皆可安享极富情调的餐饮体验。闲坐海边,抚沙听浪,伴着璀璨星光,品味海鲜烧烤;造访斯里兰卡民宅,享用精心烹制的家常盛宴;深入内陆乡间,赏味绿茵稻田间的亭下野炊,每一种体验,都写尽了浪漫情怀。
In Amanwella’s tranquil Coconut Grove, cooking classes for all ages and abilities take place, offering a masterclass in Sri Lankan cuisine. Down on the beach and benefiting from the sofa, ocean breeze, traditional dishes such as prawn curry and coconut sambol come together with the help of the resort’s head chef and team. Venture out with the chef in the early hours, sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients from the markets that surround. Alternatively, schedule a class for late morning and enjoy the culinary creations for a rewarding lunch.
