Introducing two new strawberry delights from La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo. The Charlotte Fraise features almond biscuit soaked in strawberry syrup, layered with mascarpone and Madagascan vanilla mousse and strawberry jelly, encased in biscuit dusted with crushed almonds and crowned with fresh strawberries. Our Strawberry Roll Cake combines a moist sponge made with free-range Hokkaidō eggs and subtly sweet Marunouchi honey, rolled with Heart & Berry strawberries from Tochigi.
