Dining aboard Amandira is a gourmet experience from sunrise until the constellations wheel in the endless night sky. Serving cuisine as artful and sophisticated as in any land-based Aman restaurant, the yacht offers multiple dining settings in which to savour exquisite Indonesian, Asian-inspired and international dishes all prepared using the freshest ingredients. 

The front deck provides an alfresco dining area perfect for any time of the day. Inside, an air- conditioned dining area claims panoramic views through wall-to-wall windows. The intimate top deck is a romantic setting for dining under the stars, and beach barbecues, picnics on sandbanks and hilltop banquets overlooking deserted bays are all part of the experience.
