Art of Strawberry

This 8-layer parfait, named Art of Strawberry, resides in a hand-finished strawberry-shaped bowl created by executive pastry chef Hiroyuki Matsuo and Aman Kyoto’s pastry team. Upon opening the lid of the delicately crafted bowl, guests will see fresh strawberries from Kamigamo, Kyoto, wrapped in soft condensed milk espuma, while a sweet and sour strawberry compote, a soft and light Genoise, an elegantly sweet Wasanbon cream, yuzu jelly and jam, and white chocolate corn flakes with a crispy texture are hidden beneath in layers to create a flavourful and luxurious dessert. The parfait can also be enjoyed with a mini strawberry pancake to offer a hint of savoury.
