Transport the flavours of Aman Kyoto back home as a gift or souvenir with a selection of savoury sablés crafted by the hotel’s expert chefs with four kinds of vegetables harvested from local farms in the mountainous region of Kamigamo, Kyoto. Each biscuit is carefully baked to enhance the natural flavours of the vegetables, employing thoughtful techniques such as drying and powdering vegetables harvested at their peak to concentrate their umami, or sautéing them to bring out their natural sweetness.
Perfectly paired with champagne or wine, the four flavour combinations include Kamigamo Tomato and Parmigiano Reggiano, Kamigamo Corn and Matsuno Soy Sauce, Kamigamo Basil and Pine Nuts and Kamigamo Spring Onions and Chobunya Shichimi – all presented in an original Aman Kyoto tin, which seamlessly slot into any suitcase.
