From 5-26 June, join Amanruya on Wednesdays throughout June for a series of special wine-pairing dinners in the Anatolian Dining Pavilion. Limited to just 12 guests, each intimate six-course degustation menu will reap the rewards of Turkey’s richly varied vineyards, pairing fine wines introduced by each vineyard’s expert sommelier with inventive Aman dishes.
Small-scale, family-run wineries make up the mainstay of this series of special wine-making dinners, designed to showcase Turkey’s local producers in partnership with Amanruya’s culinary team.
