Embark on an enlightening three-night retreat to restore mind, body and soul
Find satori (enlightenment) with this three-night, full-board retreat named for the Shinto purification ritual. Combining bodywork, nutrition and Japanese purification practices, it includes Kodo Zen incense meditation, tea ceremonies, sword training and more.

Your three-night retreat includes:
- Wellness orientation on arrival
- Welcome kit including a mindfulness book, journal notebook and Shakyo handwriting set
- Full board (daily healthy breakfast, lunch, smoothie and dinner)
- One yoga/stretching session on arrival day
- One Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation
- Two 60-minute acupuncture treatments
- Two mindfulness training sessions
- Two traditional Japanese meditation lessons (in flower arrangement, tea ceremony, Batto sword practice or calligraphy) at a local Dojo
- Three morning breathing/meditation practices
- Two Kodo sessions (Japanese traditional Zen practice though incense)
- One public Ogoma Ritual at the temple in Tokyo
- Daily healthy juice or tea
- Wellness minibar
- Late check-out until 3pm
Additional inclusions:
- Access to wellness facilities including Japanese-style bathing facilities, steam rooms, 30-metre indoor swimming pool and fitness centre
