Rooted in Northern Thai flavours and shaped by tropical fruits, 1872’s Northern Garden Afternoon Tea reflects Chef Florian Couteau’s thoughtful approach to balance, seasonality and the distinctive highland character of northern Thai cuisine.  

Served in an intimate setting overlooking Nai Lert Park, savoury bites draw on beloved regional dishes such as Nam Prik Noom, Khao Soy and Gaeng Hang Lay, while sweet creations highlight tropical mango, pineapple, calamansi and coconut in elegant forms.
