Aman Tokyo provides the perfect opportunity for guests to take the entire resort as an exclusive venue for a special occasion of corporate retreat. Events that occupy our entire space are considered full resort buyouts, granting supreme privacy and island exclusivity. Buyouts are subject to availability.

Arva
A window to the city below, Arva offers panoramic views through large floor-to-ceiling windows. A breathtaking setting for any occasion, its location on the 33rd floor offers a dining experience inspired by the culinary culture of southern Italy. Bespoke menus can be created with bold flavours and seasonal ingredients. Arva’s exceptional space can host up to 70 guests when seated.
Musashi by Aman
In a tranquil space centered around a wooden counter, intimate occasions can be enjoyed over some of the city’s finest sushi. For special occasions, exclusive use of the space allows up to 14 guests to watch Master Chef Musashi as he prepares an exquisite selection of sushi and sashimi based on the finest and freshest ingredients available that day. Perfect for private parties, the restaurant invites guests to experience the authentic Japanese omakase dining tradition.
Boardroom
With lofty ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and unique contemporary art, Aman Tokyo’s boardroom has a uniquely uplifting atmosphere. Accommodating up to ten guests when seated, it is ideal for meetings and events offering an impressive and professional space to entertain in the heart of the city, with the hotel’s dedicated team on hand to cater to every need.
The Cafe by Aman
Adjacent to the beautiful natural forest on the ground floor of Otemachi Tower, The Cafe by Aman serves relaxed French cuisine in a refined yet welcoming environment. The space is ideal for corporate events, product launches and educational events. It can be used to seat up to 20 people with multi-course menus designed to suit the occasion, while for drinks receptions and more informal gatherings, the space can accommodate approximately 30 guests.
Meeting Room
Accommodating up to six guests when seated, Aman Tokyo’s meeting room is flooded with light, ideal for those seeking an inspiring environment for their next important business gathering. Intimate yet spacious, guests will enjoy views of Tokyo's cityscape and distant mountains during the day, and beautiful night views at dusk and at night – encouraging creativity and productivity, no matter what the occasion.
Private Dining Room
Aman Tokyo's Private Dining space, situated on the upper floors of Arva, features breathtaking views of the city's west side through floor-to-ceiling windows. Ideal for various events such as private dinners, parties, wine tastings, and seminars, it accommodates up to eight guests. Our event planners can customise decorations and floral arrangements upon request.
