Available for exclusive use, the floating bamboo Kawayan Bar was built for all-day lounging and enjoyment of the sea, as well as for one-of-a-kind picnics and private sunset cocktails. When the runway takes a break from its usual flight activity, it transforms into a racetrack for an exhilarating late-afternoon of go-karting. Feel the adrenaline speeding towards the horizon where sea meets sky, with a salty breeze rushing past at every turn.
There is no better balm for the soul than sunshine and sea. Powdery white sand beaches encircle the whole of Pamalican Island, ideal for circumnavigating Amanpulo barefoot. Umbrellas and sun loungers are positioned on the beach near the Beach Club, with its open-air pavilion and deck.
Pristine coral reefs stretching over seven square kilometres start just 300 metres from the island’s sandy shores, and crystal clear waters ensure excellent visibility. Amanpulo has its own PADI Dive Centre, and our scuba and snorkelling guides cater to all levels, including complete beginners.
Watching turtle hatchlings emerge from their nests and make their way to the moonlit ocean is a magical experience bar none. Pamalican Island is a nesting site for green and hawksbill turtles, visited every year from March to October by laying females.

Explore the ocean’s beauty with a single breath—freediving is both a sport and a meditative escape. From 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, expert instructors will be on the island to guide beginners and seasoned divers through the calm, crystal-clear waters.
A national record holder for free immersion at 52 metres, Lady has been a competitive freediver for over eight years. She is a certified Molchanovs Wave 2 Instructor and RAID Advanced Freediving Instructor.
Mikaela is a professional free diving instructor certified under both Molchanovs and the International Association for the Development of Apnea (AIDA). She is a four-time Philippine National Record Holder and member of Philippine Pool Freediving team.

Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out, kite surfing is available for all levels at our newly opened Kite Surf Centre, with expert instruction on hand to get you riding the waves in no time.
