Overlooking the floating pearl rafts of Ago Bay, visitors can now experience the seasonal menus of Chef Masanobu Inaba at Amanemu's restaurant, open to non-guests for the very first time. Against an ever-changing forest backdrop, a full-course dinner of fine Japanese cuisine is served in a spacious and airy dining room with ingredients including freshly caught seafood and other local produce.
