Private Dining in the Forest

Indulge in a one-of-a-kind lunch surrounded by the resort’s tranquil forest garden, where fresh blue maple leaves sway in the gentle breeze, and the midday sun beams dappled light through lush green trees. With a private chef on hand to cater to every need, lunch is served in a consummately private setting, where a dining table and charcoal grill await. Serving a multi-course menu with dishes such Nanatani duck confit and s’mores cooked over shichirin-charcoal, experience the flavours of the finest fresh ingredients in a breathtakingly beautiful outdoor setting. Guests are even invited to join the chef, if they so wish, learning to cook sweetfish skewers over the grill.
