Inspired by South America’s atmospheric asado – both a cooking style and social event – Aman Kyoto will be hosting alfresco BBQs throughout the spring and summer season on the magnificent terrace of The Living Pavilion by Aman. Gaze at the garden, as fresh green maple leaves shimmer in the breeze, and savour Wagyu Empanadas, Peruvian ceviche of fresh vegetables and fish, parsley-scented Chimichurri and more. Kyoto chicken and Kuroge Wagyu beef main courses will be grilled right on the terrace.
