Garden Terrace Barbecue


New for the season, the expansive terrace of The Living Pavilion by Aman will offer a traditional summer barbecue lunch with a Japanese twist. Surrounded by lush green forest and the calming sounds of nature, guests of Aman Kyoto can enjoy a set course menu starting with the soup of the day, a Caesar salad with smoked salmon from the Atsumi Peninsula, and kurobuta pork salsiccia (artisan Italian pork sausages), followed by Japanese wagyu beef skirt with chimichurri, a pulled pork sandwich served with French fries and concluding with Kyoto chicken and paella. For dessert guests can indulge in gooey s’mores – a sweet treat prepared fresh over the fire and best enjoyed in the great outdoors.
