Aman Venice’s Cook the Lagoon philosophy - a culinary concept paying homage to locally sourced produce – was inspired by three Michelin starred chef, Norbert Niederkofler and his Cook the Mountain menu. Originating from his St. Hubertus restaurant at Aman Partner Hotel, Rosa Alpina in the Dolomites, the concept has received much acclaim, with awards including a Michelin green star for environmentally conscious cooking.
The experience will also include the opportunity to meet Chef Norbert himself, alongside wine pairing by the hotel’s sommelier, daily breakfast and a cocktail and cicchetti in the hotel’s iconic bar.
