Flavours synonymous with autumn are often the most rich, earthy and colourful, and perhaps the most highly prized of them all is the white truffle. Enjoyed by even the most discerning food lovers, Arva at Aman Tokyo will offer meticulously prepared tasting menu inspired by this Piedmont delicacy, fresh from Italy and in season.
The menu can be enjoyed at both lunch and dinner, and incorporates other luxurious Italian ingredients such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh pumpkin and one of the world’s finest cuts of pork, known for its delicate texture and sweetness. Dishes include steamed flatfish with Hokkaido scallop and white wine salsa, and ravioli with ricotta, spinach and shrimp, all served with freshly shaved white truffle to showcase the simplicity of this decadent ingredient.
