Only available at this time of year when strawberries are in season, The Café by Aman’s new Fôret Dessert offering is an indulgent ode to this most beloved of fruits. Served in the Café's elegant setting amid the verdant Otemachi Forest, the delectable menu combines sweet berries, sour strawberries, fresh pastry and light pistachio cream to create decadent strawberry-inspired treats. As always, the menu includes a choice of baguette sandwiches – salmon rillettes with capers or ham with rucola – and is accompanied by tea or coffee.
