Executive Pastry Chef, Yoshihisa Miyagawa has prepared a selection of sweets and savouries with freshly picked strawberries alongside an elegant ‘Coffret aux Fraises’ box, packed with more fruit-flavoured delights. Served in The Lounge by Aman, a refreshing strawberry smoothie offers a delicious amuse, followed by bite-sized treats including Pastrami Rolls with Berry Aurora, Lobster with Berry Vinaigrette and Strawberry Champagne Jelly, Strawberry Financier and Strawberry Macaron.
