Serving fresh Italian cuisine with a focus on seasonal local ingredients, Arva introduces the Profumo di Citrus menu; an exclusive selection of dishes celebrating the flavours of Japanese kankitsu fruits. Created by Chef Hiraki who visited farms across Japan to select the finest produce, the dishes include playful ingredient combinations including roasted Ibaraki Kasumi duck breast served with truffle, red chicory and Ehime blood orange, and Awasuzuka citrus jelly served with a Campari mousse and maple syrup gelato. Dishes are available as a six-course tasting menu for a true culinary journey through the citrus fruits of Japan, or can be ordered individually, filling your lunch or dinner with a fresh taste of spring. ​
