Flavours synonymous with autumn are some of the most rich, earthy and colourful. To celebrate the season, at The Lounge by Aman guests are invited to experience two new menus, showcasing the Matsutake mushroom: one of autumn’s favourite ingredients. Using a variety of cooking techniques, Chefs have created several new Japanese and Western dishes that use different mushroom varieties combined with fresh ingredients sourced from across Japan.
Dishes include a Grilled Half Rock Lobster with Matsutake Mushrooms, and Salt Koji Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Sansho Pepper Miso accompanied by roasted eggplant, Manganji pepper, radish and Matsutake. Menus can be enjoyed tasting style while individual dishes can also be ordered a la carte.
