Taking the restaurant’s locally sourced ethos one step further, the limited edition seven-course Harvest the Ocean tasting menu, available at both lunch and dinner, highlights seafood from Goto Islands, one of Japan’s finest fishing regions. Featuring Goto hand-stretched spaghetti, served with squid, fish sauce and homemade mullet bottarga and sautéed grouper with paprika peperonata, tomato puttanesca and organic lemongrass, the menu, created by Chef Hiraki can also be enjoyed on an a la carte basis.
