The Raja Ampat expedition is a five- or seven-night adventure through one of the world’s most exceptional marine areas. Renowned for its biodiversity, Raja Ampat or ‘The Four Kings’ encompasses over 40,000km² in the northeast seas of the Indonesian Archipelago where the Pacific becomes the Indian Ocean. A 52-metre Phinisi sailing vessel
Aman’s flagship boat, Amandira is a custom-built, two-masted Phinisi sailing vessel with five spacious cabins and a crew of 14. Amandira can travel under sail as well as motor, with facilities including Nitrox to allow longer dive times for experienced divers. Two cabins are fitted with king-size beds, while the third offers a queen-size bed or twin beds. Two further cabins have double bunk beds. Amandira explores the Unesco-protected Komodo National Park, or the magnificent coral reefs and unparalleled marine life of Raja Ampat. It can be chartered alongside Amanikan for the ultimate Indonesian odyssey.

An elegant, fully-staffed motor-powered cruiser handmade from hardwoods, Amanikan fuses the romance of traditional spice trading vessels with modern comfort.
