Galette des Rois

La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo presents its Galette des Rois, a classic French pastry traditionally enjoyed at the start of the year.
Each galette is prepared with puff pastry made from organic Hokkaido wheat and filled with almond cream crafted from sun-kissed Sicilian almonds, with a single almond hidden inside. Whoever finds this almond is said to be blessed with good fortune for the year ahead. Pre-ordering is recommended.
