Daily programme

Based on a detailed body-composition analysis, Amanyara’s wellbeing and nutrition specialists coordinate a unique programme specified to the guests’ physiology and weight goals. Dietary and herbal supplements are nutritionally aligned to individual needs, and therapies such as slimming body wraps, lymphatic drainage, and traditional abdominal massage are complemented with metabolism-boosting movement sessions led by a personal trainer.
