Experience

Amanusa, a tropical retreat pervaded by the history and culture of Bali, embraces its sea-view setting with opportunities for insight, discovery and relaxation

Dining at Amanusa
THE RESTAURANT IS OPEN TO GUESTS AND NON-RESIDENTS

Fresh seafood from the surrounding waters comprise the daily specials, and the fertile farms and terraced gardens of the island grow much of the produce used in the kitchen. Dining spots range from the elegant, high-ceilinged Italian Restaurant and the panoramic Terrace, which features Indonesian and Western cuisine.

ENJOYING LOFTY VIEWS, THE BAR’S MULTI-HUED BACKDROP AT SUNSET ARE MAGNIFICENT

Amanusa’s mixologists specialise in cocktails using local ingredients such as the Bali becik – fusing arak with triple sec, banana liqueur, pineapple juice and coconut milk

LOCAL FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FEATURE PROMINENTLY, AS WELL AS FRESH SEAFOOD DIRECT FROM LOCAL FISHERMEN

Coconut, lime, chilli, tamarind and a range of tropical leaves are just some of the Balinese ingredients that transform the menu’s dishes into works of art
