Having spent 17-years teaching and learning the methods of spiritual masters in Tibet, India and Nepal, Lama Geshe Yong Dong has devoted his life to sharing his knowledge to benefit others. Taught completely in silence, the 3-night Silent Retreat takes guests on a spiritual mindfulness journey, incorporating ancient lessons from the Bon Tibetan Tradition. Through addressing key areas including Body and Senses, Heart and Feelings, and Mind and Thought, an inner sense of peace can be uncovered and integrated into every life.
