Spring in Venice

Like a breath of fresh air, Spring has arrived in Venice, bringing with it the delicacies of the season, and soon, the most prestigious architectural event in the world, Biennale Architecttura 2018. Winter coats are discarded and the blossoming colours of spring arrive, as the locals celebrate the first warm rays of sunshine with a spritz of Aperol, served with cicchetti. As balmy temperatures prevail, Aman Venice opens its garden on the Grand Canal, fragrant wisteria spilling over the pergola

Spring is ushered in with new, seasonal and sustainably sourced additions to the menu at Arva

A highlight is the succulent, spring lamb rack, accompanied by green asparagus, morelles mushrooms and ramsons
