Winter Afternoon Tea

Aman Kyoto’s central fireplace warmly welcomes guests in the winter months to the Living Pavilion where a seasonal afternoon tea is served. Savoury delights of Lily bulb soup, Foie Gras and black bean sable, Shogoin Turnip guimauve and other seasonal ingredients can be enjoyed. This is followed by a delicate white mousse chocolate with Neri-kiri plum decoration, petal rice cake, as well as roasted tea and walnut opera cake that pampers the taste buds. To finish, Aman Kyoto’s chefs will bake dumplings in front of guests for their enjoyment, which will be served with matcha, alongside a choice of 20 different types of tea.
