This exclusive does not apply to groups of 5 or more rooms, negotiated or reduced rates. Exclusive can be closed off anytime depending hotel occupancy. Valid for bookings at the Casita’s and One-Bedroom Villa only. Valid for stays that begin any day from Sunday to Thursday, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Rates are subject to 10% service charge for foreign nationals. For Philippine residents and nationals, rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government tax. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children (ages 11 years & below) OR 3 adults can stay per room. Minibar includes non-alcoholic beverages only, replenished once per day. Extension night is for bed & breakfast only. Cancellations and payments as per hotel standard terms. 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Full pre-payment is required 21 days prior to arrival.
