This year’s panettone, created by Aman Tokyo’s Pastry Chef Takuya Inoue, is made with carefully selected ingredients, including Italian flour, free-range eggs from Sagamihara and Marunouchi honey. Infused with Marsala-soaked dried fruits such as lemon, orange and Italian raisins, each panettone is crafted over three days using time-honoured techniques to ensure a rich and aromatic finish. Available for purchase at Arva.
