La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo's Christmas Cakes

Inspired by the fleeting beauty of snow dancing in the winter sky, La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo’s limited-edition Christmas Cakes include the 'Noël Blanc' with layers of tangy strawberry gelée and mousse made with fromage blanc from Hokkaido and adorned with meringue, evoking the delicate snowfall of the season. 

In contrast, the second cake, 'Noël Noir', is a tribute to the winter scenery of Otemachi Forest, offering a harmonious blend of chocolate mousse infused with refined, delicate cognac and the soft, sweet aroma of Tahitian vanilla. Complemented by a festive Confiture de Noël—a rich medley of fruits, nuts and warming spices—and almond nougat, this cake delivers a truly indulgent experience.
