The craft of the cocktail 

A carefully crafted cocktail menu combines classics with inventive twists. An expertly curated selection of spirits, homemade syrups and bitters, and local tropical fruits, herbs and spices come together on Amanpuri’s unique drinks menu. As dusk approaches, take a seat on the terrace and pair the sunset view with a dry and tropical Coconut Negroni, a fresh Cucumber Gimlet, a zingy Yuzu Margarita or a savoury Mare Sour.
