Celebrate the welcome arrival of the spring season by indulging in our elegant Sakura-themed Forêt Dessert, served in The Cafe by Aman and surrounded by the flora and fauna of the Otemachi forest.  

Offered every afternoon from 16 March to 22 April, the vibrantly coloured sweet treats offer the perfect pick-me-up, filling each guest with the joys of spring. Pastry creations include a cherry blossom and strawberry tart, raspberry cream puffs, cherry and pistachio tart, cherry blossom tiramisu and black cherry sorbet with meringue. Each is delicately finished with Sakura-inspired decoration for both a visually beautiful dining experience. As always, the menu includes a choice of savouries and is accompanied by tea or coffee.
