From 20 January until 20 February, guests visiting The Lounge by Aman will be able to enjoy in a special menu of five ragout dishes to nourish the body and warm the soul. Also available for hotel guests through in-room dining, dishes include a delicious herb butter stew of paradise prawn, seaweed and scallop, chicken and vegetable, and a classic French stew of salt marinated pork and cabbage hand grown by the chef. The dishes are ideal for a healthy lunch during the cold winter months, or can be paired with wine as a light meal.
