Taste summer with Aman Tokyo’s new Parfait au Chocolat. As good on its own as after a meal, its base is made from caramelised bananas with chocolate cream sandwiched between them. Next come refreshing layers of tangy kiwi, pineapple and Miyazaki mango. Above that, generous dollops of homemade chocolate ice cream are topped with lashings of shaved bitter chocolate and scattered gold foil.
