One Dinner Two Journeys

Join Musashi’s Master Sushi Chef, Hiroyuki Musashi and Arva’s Executive Chef, Masakazu Hiraki for a unique 12-course tasting menu. Taking guests on a journey through two distinct cuisines, the master chefs will go head-to-head in a friendly competition, creating their own individual dishes using the same ingredients yet led by the culinary heritage of Italy and Japan. Alongside fresh produce including Ise-ebi lobster, white truffle and Keiji salmon, diners will also experience rice harvested by Chef Musashi himself in autumn.  Running for just three nights, the journey will take place at Musashi’s counter, where guests can also choose to pair the experience with prestigious wine and Sake for a truly exceptional evening. Advance reservations are required, and places are limited to four diners per group.
