One of The Café by Aman’s most popular desserts, the signature French Forêt – a sharing plate of petite sweets and savouries - is reimagined for the festive season. As the colder weather ensues, guests are invited to indulge in the flavours of this time of year, along with admiring the beauty of the seasonally inspired sweet treats made using traditional French patisserie techniques. Served between 1 and 5pm in The Café by Aman, delicacies include the zesty yuzu and orange tart, vibrant champagne jelly, warming gingerbread man and elegant maple sugar financier with pistachio cream – a combination of traditional festive favourites and unique pastry creations.
