Pool Restaurant 

Overlooking Amanzoe’s magnificent hilltop swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Aegean coastline, the Pool Restaurant is open daily for lunch. The menu features light dining options based on fresh fish and meat, vegetables cultivated in the resort’s own organic gardens and Greek seasonal delicacies. 

Nura 

Open for lunch and dinner, Nura embraces the Mediterranean art of grilling, with a special focus on the culinary culture of the Iberian Peninsula. Rooted in the principles of the Mediterranean diet, dishes are rich in olive oil, linking indulgence to longevity, and prepared with the simplicity befitting laidback lounging. As Aman’s signature beach club, Nura provides Mediterranean melodies and relaxed electronic music for guests to enjoy throughout the day and into the evening, set against the backdrop of the Aegean’s azure waters. 

Bar

Open throughout the day and into the evening, the Bar offers a drinks menu inspired by spring and summer Mediterranean flavours. Cocktails are infused with local herbs and aromatics, ideal for toasting the sunset from the firepit terrace. Boasting wraparound floor-to-ceiling doors open to the elements in summer, there are also cosy fireplaces for the cooler months.
